I've Got Blistas on ma fingas

Did some more writing, this time at the end of the novel. I keep jumping back and forth so much.. man this is going to need major editing.. SIGH... oh well at least I am working on it..( SLOWLY).. no writing tonight tho.. Instead I watched Christmas with the Kranks. LOL and started reading a novel called 'The Flashman Papers' its kinda weird, I'll let you know if it is any good.

Scribbling

Well, I did a lot of rewrites to the 'Judgement' chapter of my book last night. Feeling pretty good about myself today :) Unfortunately these rewrites are a necessary evil and until they are done I really can't continue with the last few chapters. The book isn't going to be as long as I had though, maybe about 200 pages, but heck that is still more than I ever thought I would be able to do!
Anyway to keep my spirits up I have been toying with some cover ideas. Of course if I show them to you, then you will know the working title, but I feel like posting them so here they are:

Still not famous...

Well it's been a whole day since my last post and I am still not famous. Stupid reality!

Anyway it is Sunday, my official day of slacking off, so I didn't write anything. But I did think about it, so that counts right? On the plus side I did: play some video games with the kids, watched a movie on DVD and some TV too, surfed the internet aimlessly, learned all about Auto-Tune on Wikipedia (all new music 'artists' are butt sucking cheaters like I thought... I knew that not every member of the Hanna Montana cast could just happen to also be an awesome vocalist!) went shopping, talked to my brother, talked to my sister (twice) read to my son... who is sick. Gave him medicine, took his temperature over and over (with an ear thermometer sicko!) Did homework with the kids, built some lego with Sydney, Solved the Kennedy assassination... oh wait that was on TV. and probably spelled assassination wrong. Wow when you put it all down, I had a pretty busy day.

Cheers, perhaps some writing tomorrow. :)

Well Here we are...

Welcome to my new blog... I'm not really expecting anyone to read this yet (maybe when I famous tho eh? ;)

Anyway I decided that I needed to split away from my original Blog 'MoreReasons4Living' and start a new blog to house my Writing Log. I am currently writing a book and have been for about 10 years, but I have run into some writers block and I have decided to use blogging to try to fix it.

This blog will mainly be a record of how much or how little I have written daily (hopefully) or Weekly (more likely).

Perhaps this will embarrass me or guilt me into writing and get me through this rough patch.

Anyway there will probably be very little in the way of my writing here as I do hope to publish, but I may share the odd tidbit for fun. Also I have been working on a project with a friend of mine over at allanfisher.blogspot.com so if you want to see some of my writing head over there.
